Medical Licensing:

Some of the medical products sold on sixechosystems.com require medical direction and advanced training to be able to use. By purchasing items from Six Echo Systems, you warrant to Six Echo Systems and our vendors that you have the appropriate training and medical direction to use these products.

The customer warrants that it is appropriately licensed or registered and in compliance with any and all requirements of the Food and Drug Administration and State regulations for any products ordered. The customer further warrants that all individuals using products purchased from Six Echo Systems are adequately trained in their use, and customer ensures the use of such products to be according to any instructions contained in the packaging of such product, and to be in accord with current standards of care applicable thereto. Six Echo Systems relies on the customer’s representations and warranties in accepting the customer’s order. The customer shall indemnify and hold Six Echo Systems, its agents, and its representatives harmless from any losses (including any charges for legal representation) for any breach of the representations and warranties set forth in this paragraph. 

Returns:

Items may be returned to Six Echo within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item(s) are unused and unopened. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return a product.
